One of Redland city’s most noticed and talked about projects – The Luxury Toondah Outlook Apartments is welcoming crowds of potental buyers this week as the first of the Display Units opens their doors inside the towering complex.
The AFT Project’s $100 million luxury Apartment complex will see first residents move in from May of 2019.
The display units will offer the first glimpse of the finished project and insight into the facilities on offer.
And AFT Projects’ Chris Anderson says Toondah Outlook is a land mark project for Australia’s East Coast.
This level of luxury and inclusion has not been available on the door step of Moreton Bay ever before and that proximity to the Bay and the views on offer are attracting wide interest.
I think it’s the total package that appeals- from its location, with ready access to transport, shops and restaurants to the quality and thought within the apartments.
We’re being told it’s the size of apartments, the elegance and ambience of the project, as well as its storage facilities and our recreational options that are the key draw cards for buyers looking to move on from the huge family home. Toondah Outlook gives them the room and quality they are looking for.
It’s also appealing to younger families with teenagers-Keen to find that balance between lifestyle, excellent schools and convivence without the hassle of the huge home upkeep and maintenance or the squeeze that the small lot living offers.

“There’s been three years of thought, consultation and quality hunting going into the project including interior fixtures, fitting and feel for each apartment. We will further work with each buyer to individually to bring the apartments alive with the style and design they seek for their new home.
Work at the complex is now very much turning to the finishing touches inside and out as the heavy construction nears completion over the next few weeks.
And work is also powering ahead on the “Residences” wing.
These will be super high-level luxury Penthouses expected to be released to market late this year.
The Residences offer buyers something beyond special.
One penthouse is over 1000m2 with 9 toilets and 5 fireplaces. There’s also 8, two level sub-penthouses.
