The Views that Miss Nothin’

It’s been a birds-eye view for residents of AFT’s One Fitzroy Apartments and the Toondah Outlook Display Apartment as the Commonwealth Queens Relay Baton made its way through city streets.

From where our baton Bearers began their journeys of pride to Cleveland passing the Gran View Hotel and The AFT Toondah Outlook Project site on its way to Raby Bay Harbour Park our residents got the wide-angle view.

Seem our residents don’t miss a thing with view from the balconies of their apartments – Here’s the view from the Toondah Outlook Display Apartment in One Fitzroy Complex.

Toondah Outlook well on Track

The workforce at the site of Redland City’s first luxury resort style Apartment Project, Toondah Outlook in Cleveland are toiling away as the countdown to Easter emerges.

The project, despite the inclement weather remains on track for opening in mid-2019.

AFT Projects’ Chris Anderson says he’s expecting a wave of potential buyers to the display centre this weekend which is open Saturday from 11am and Sunday from 10am.

Outside the Square

Thinking outside of the square – Literally, is what is being hailed by observers and designers as the key to the success of Redland city’s first Luxury Resort Style apartment Project – Toondah Outlook.

The ability of a flexible design to occupy planning approach that allows buyers to tailor make interiors and removes the standardisation of square and boxy, ‘Set in concrete’ units or town houses has seen a flood of interest and cash ready buyers rush to the project.

Project Visionary Chris Anderson from AFT Projects says the move away from ‘cookie cutter’ layouts is the result of listening to what buyers want and needs to be ever changing.

Local Growth

An eye to construction, smart construction is ensuring plenty of local jobs on the site of Redlands’ pinnacle Apartment Project – Toondah Outlook at Cleveland. The Luxury Resort Style Apartment remains on track for completion in mid-2019.

Leading Redland city businessman Jon McCarthy from McCarthy Durie Lawyers has taken time out of his schedule to see what ‘All the talk’ is about and has inspected the Toondah Outlook construction site at Cleveland. He’s blown away.

Future Lessons

The Real Estate Market has spoken, according to Property Analyst and Developer Chris Anderson who says the record sales now being achieved by AFT Projects’ Toondah Outlook Resort Style project in Cleveland sets a pattern for what buyers are looking for in homes and housing.

Mr Anderson says 60 of the 90 plus Resort Style Apartments have now been sold to owner occupiers, and that’s a clear message to planners and developers of the future for the city.
